Have you ever wondered what’s the purpose of the bell icon on the top right corner of workspace?

This icon shows workspace notifications. You can receive workspace notifications to get immediate updates about records you’re working on without leaving workspace. Notifications present updates about records you’re working on or being assigned to regardless of whether or not the record is open in workspace. For example, a notification might show that you’ve been assigned in incident.

You can activate existing or create new workspace notifications by going into

Workspace Experience > Administration > Notification triggers
