in the collaborative Work Management workspace we'll create and manage custom work item Types on the left is our spaces menu we've picked a board we want to add custom tasks to from the board header select the more actions icon here we'll select manage item types we see the different work item types that are on our board already and add new item types here and now we can edit a type that is not currently in use on our board we can change the name change the icon or delete the type entirely making it easy to customize the work item types
