Did you know that we can redirect end users to the portal after login?

Use Case : If user is an end user or no roles then redirect to the portal when they login to ServiceNow.

Below is the steps -

1. Create a system property as below:

Name — glide.entry.loggedin.page_ess

Type — String

Value — /sp or /esc etc.

2. Save this property.

Note — When you impersonate or login with no role users it will always redirect to the portal.
