you know really the those early adopters you know folks that have been on the platform for a long time especially you know pre- Aspen release days when releases didn't even have a city name um you know it's those folks that have attempted to to Branch out past itsm and introduce new features and found that it it won't work you know it's ultimately not going to to function due to those customizations
