I would say that one of the most interesting aspects that I think sometimes uh can be overlooked well when clients Overlook accessibility uh that is something that can actually have a financial impact to a company or to an organization and that is where we can really leverage uh service now's application engine to make sure that a solution can be developed so that your users will be able to have the same experience as those users users who do not require accessibility considerations uh I know that service now uh puts quite a bit of effort into making sure that their products can be as accessible as possible without sacrificing the functionality however sometimes it's going to be very challenging to meet all the accessibility requirements that your users may need and that that is where service now app engine really does shine
