Setting a vision for ServiceNow success
we work with a ton of clients who are you know either in the middle of I mean we have clients that have been on the platform for 10 12 years um but they might be starting over or starting to expand it finally they might be going even further than they've ever gone or or newer clients that are just starting to embark on it now but they have big ideas and Big Dreams of where they want to go so really putting that Vision together putting uh on paper and and kind of in your you know something that you're going to say in every room that you're in this is where we're going and getting people to get excited about that the why why are we doing it right we want to you know improve our our operations we want to streamline uh things we want to make it easier you know a lot of things are on digital transformation and really actually transform we have data that proves that what we're doing we're going to we're going to do all of these things and we're going to do it on the platform we're going to enable it service now being able to get people excited about where you want to go um is so critical to be able to get the buy and to actually go there
