[Music] all right Brian I am super super excited to have you for this I mean four questions four minutes I met you last year I really want to get your knowledge let's start with question one all right let's go let's do it geni one you're in the Forefront of innovation tell me your thoughts around gen within a minute Innovation where it's going where it's going for service now things like that all right absolutely well I'm just let me break down real quick what Innovation means to me okay perfect because what I do see a lot with our customers is more iteration than Innovation and what I mean by that is iteration is doing what we did yesterday better tomorrow okay Innovation is doing what we didn't do yesterday okay tomorrow okay and the combination of those two things if you get the balance right you can create disruption which is doing the new things that make the old things obsolete okay and so why that's important is that with Gen we have seen interest like haven't actually I've been in Innovation for a really long time too long to say on camera right I've never seen anything like this yes and so the race to automation is our version of iteration right and that's what I see a lot of and that's good we have to we have to learn we have to get that experience get the expertise we got to get our quick wins we have to be able to to to communicate time to Value all good but at the same time what I'm challenging our customers to think about is iteration Innovation it's a parallel strategy you need to because any moment now we're going to start seeing the world's first AI first companies right like we did with digital first know going back to the internet with Amazon and then Netflix and then Uber and Airbnb with the mobile Revolution so we're on the cusp of seeing this new wave of AI first companies and AI is going to it doesn't move linearly right so you have to balance iteration with Innovation to create that linear growth but also that exponential curve okay let's stop there question two that great explanation Innovation iteration so we've been doing this for the past year like I said I met you last year we really went guns of blazing with Gen over the year it's been it's been an AI kind of arms race and you were in the Forefront of it how do customers get to that iteration Innovation uh plateau in your in your terms all right well even even our teams you know you look at John Sigler Jeremy Barnes just incredible incredible leadership in integrate integrating the iterate part right so with now assist and now then looking once we unlock this power with now assist what else can we be looking at from a product standpoint but also from the strategy standpoint and so in my role I have the uh the opportunity to lead our executive and Innovation briefing centers around the world and we lead those types of conversations with that standpoint we do this yeah but I hear you're saying your Company's trying to do this I hear your CEO saying this I hear your board or your shareholders or your stakeholders saying these things right so here's some other ways we can get there with the iteration Innovation standpoint and let the product help them get there and I think that's what just to just to close on that what we're seeing is that gen is is is opening the door in in an important way to allow us to have conversations that go be any Beyond any one Silo right right AI is powered by data right and we're a platform that houses data for a company across multiple disciplines of which then create an opportunity finally for a foundational transformation and I think what we're really getting to is business transformation okay so I agree with you cuz I know platform pretty well so let's talk a little bit about the platform and some of the products that you saw around gen that you feel are iterative you feel are Innovative right something like that what do you see in this past year around that in this past year I will say that most most customers and rightly so are are asking us to help them operationalize uh efficiencies scale efficiencies optimized processes all good things where we then start to have a really fantastic conversation is are these the right processes for where we're going I was reading you on that one yes absolutely and they look the thing about how an organization Works traditionally is that they're not Innovative by Design right the risk ofers by Absolut and so to even have these types of conversations now this is what's so awesome about these hives is that they're not having to take the risks that they had to do before because gen itself can help them think through how to change those processes or create new processes or consolidate things in ways that we didn't know we didn't know right and we're learning as we go yes absolutely so let's let's let's cap off on that we're at knowledge 24 this is the first day I'm excited to be with you what are your final thoughts for knowledge 24 and beond okay knowledge 24 what I'm so excited about are these Keynotes absolutely my and I I have I had I've had a privilege to sort of work on on a couple of them and uh let me tell you this idea of business transformation is the real deal and so what we're going to see leaving knowledge what where we're going in 2024 and 2025 when Bill talks about being that platform for business transformation it's not a joke right and so what what I'd like everybody watching this to believe is that we deserve the conversations higher in the organization than we're getting today we deserve that we've earned that and this is the this is I've been in Tech a really long time this is the only platform that can facilitate especially now with AI in the platform an intelligent platform for business transformation it's the real deal I I that is the best note to leave on I completely agree the platform is the real deal what you and the teams are bringing to Market is the real deal and I do think
