[Music] nalysis gives you the ability to copy and configure base system analysis skills test them and activate them in your instance in our example we want to configure the incident summarization skill first let's make a copy of the existing skill so we can revert to it later if needed in the copied skill we edit the name to reflect the changes we're making next we manage the input configurations by adding fields from the base input table here or from a related table here for our example we add a new data source you could also specify a condition which would qualify a record for this skill in the next step we customize the prompt by choosing from a list of output headers the response will have these added [Music] sections we select an incident to test this new prompt The Test shows us the new sections added to the summary this looks good so we save and move on to Define availability where we leave the default and then choose where to display the skill the final step is to review and activate the skill any other versions will be deactivated as only one version of a skill can be active at one time and here's our newly activated skill we've seen how easy it is to copy configure test and activate analysis skill in the analysist admin console to learn more see our product documentation or or knowledge base or ask a question in the service now community [Music]
