hi I'm Jason Lefever I'm a product manager on the platform workflow automation team today we're talking about Playbook experience another question we commonly get asked is why should I use playbooks playbooks helps simplify the steps that should be taken to complete an outcome so anytime I have a multi-step process in my Enterprise we should think about implementing playbooks we can embed playbooks in any seismic page so if I want to associate A playbook in my configurable workspace if I have a mobile app and I need to be working on a Playbook while I'm on the go we're going to be embedding playbooks in Portal so if I have multi-user type of Journeys that involve end users as well as um knowledge workers that are completing playbooks portal integration makes that possible and really anywhere that I have configuration experiences that involve a sequence of steps rather than having to memorize process steps review process documentation or navigate through complex forms playbooks outlines the sequence of steps that should be taken in order to achieve a business outcome and it presents contextual information at every step of a process so really ramp time for people learning how to respond to commonly encountered situations as well as ensuring a consistent customer experience every time those situations occur are really the value proposition behind using playbooks I hope you found this valuable good luck building
