[Music] welcome to impact in this video you will learn about the training insights page tracking your learning credits and training Journey as new technology changes how we work businesses need to measure learning success and ensure their teams can access training impact customers can access the training insights page from the product adoption tab to analyze skills identify training needs and monitor Journeys in a single day dashboard the training insights make it easy for teams to track the learning credit utilization ongoing training progress and certifications to act on those at risk please note that the training insights page will be available to all customers except those in the Gulf cooperation Council and regulated markets now let's take a deeper look at the training insights page first we have the learning credits dashboard where you can get a quick and easy snapshot shot of your learning credit consumption and allocation under the credit balance you can find the available balance expiring balance and future credit allocation at the click of a button next the training history widget provides an overview of the team's training history and credits usage for on demand and instructor-led courses you can also select the period from the drop- down menu to see the history for a specific period users can access customized and curated training to get the biggest bang for your buck further down training admins and credit managers can easily track voucher and certification status vouchers are allotted to members who have completed prerequisite courses as part of their package under the vouchers we have the contact Section where users can find internal training contacts by simply selecting a role from the drop-down list and sending them an email in a few clicks users who hold the roles of learning credit managers and training admins will have access to the new now learning credit portal they can reach it through a link available on this page if you need help to get started and maximize the ROI on learning select a resource from the list the resources include now learning customized career Journeys role-based learning and more if you need a definition of all the key terms used on the training insights page click on training definitions at the top right corner of the page or the icon next to a section's title let's get started
