Problem Statement:

No alert or information about the Out of the Box files, to the developers who used to make changes to the such as Business rules, client scripts, script includes and so on.

Impact:

Higher upgrade time due to more skipped record because of the customization on the Out of the box files.

Solution introduced in Washingtondc release:

Developers will be notified with "Warning" message "Access Message

This is a high priority file type, and if altered it might generate a skipped record during the next upgrade. For more information, see here" when we they try to make changes to the Out of the Box files.
