[Music] hello everyone my name is Hayden Webster and I'm a solution consultant specializing in strategic portfolio management here at service now today we're going to walk through the collaborative Work Management capabilities as part of the xanadoo release before we get started a reminder to keep in the Safe Harbor notice throughout this video let's begin with the new my work feature the major enhancement to cwm in the Xanadu release is the my work feature my work consolidates tasks from both cwm and SPM into a single view with dashboard widgets so you can easily visualize the status of work and address the most important tasks with my work users can centralize tasks from cwm projects demands Rak and stories in one view to streamline Work Management quickly assess the status and volume of work to optimize time management and identify high priority and overdue tasks users can drill down on this data through filtering by task type or date range in addition to the dashboard my work Aggregates tasks within a list view the list view centralizes tasks from both cwm and SPM from here users can navigate to the original task record and they can slice and dice the data by dragging column headers to the top of the list in order to group the data by column the dashboard report data can be filtered by dragging and dropping column headers to the top of the list on to the ux enhancements for cwm three new columns are available as column configuration options on each cwm board they are assignment group additional assign list and created bu these columns enable users to include additional team member information for tasks within the cwm board next within the options for Automation in a cwm board users now have more leverage over who can receive notifications automated emails or notifications can now be sent to any people column whether out of the box or custom which then allows users to direct notification to multiple users a user group or a task assign within both cwm boards and docs users can now duplicate these items to save time keep in mind that certain data points within a duplicated C cwm board will reset such as task States and the assigned to field and finally this latest release features several usability enhancements for cwm such as users ability to remove themselves from spaces separate grouping of users and groups and email notifications if a user is either mentioned in docs or if a team space permission gets changed thanks for tuning in to learn more about the zanadoo release updates to cwm to learn more about cwm visit our product documentation website at docs. servicenow.com
