to the pool this morning and um on the way there are all the fast food shops that I never go to and Wendy's had um get a free Cinnabon for Leap Day breakfast a Cinnabon a Cinnabon from Wendy's I mean I love me and Cinnabon don't get me wrong but know Wendy's had cinon I didn't either like and I you know crazy I've had Wendy's breakfast maybe like twice I actually like Wendy's breakfast yeah I like the tato like their new breakfast not their old breakfast oh I maybe I've had their old breakfast cuz it's been like over a year oh no then it's the same breakfast okay what do you like about it well so I prefer like a croissant type bread versus like a biscuit that falls apart as you eat it and they have like one that's like a croissant typ bread we don't eat Wendy's often like for breakfast but I don't mind it yeah my go-to Wendy's meal is um in it has to be like we were day drinking or something and it'll be like a triple cheeseburger you know like triple stack or whatever cuz I'm I'm starving and I need to get food in my stomach yeah so mine I get the Caesar salad but I sub in the spicy chicken instead of because grilled fast food chicken is slimy other than Chick-fil-A theirs is not theirs is very good but I don't care for like other Fast Food Grilled Chicken so I sub in the spicy chicken and no one has ever given me a problem till like two weeks ago we were driving to Myrtle Beach and the guy was like we can't do that anymore I was like that's a lie every other Wendy's on the planet does that right so that's sad I've never had their spicy chicken is it super spicy no I mean it's I like spicy food and I think you do as well so I think you would be fine with it have you ever had the Chick-fil-A Spicy sandwich I don't think so no I say it's a little bit spicier than theirs but not by like a lot okay yeah I'm yeah I'm I should try Chick-fil-A like the problem with chickfila is it's something you have to plan because there's always a line out like out to the street the line's like two seconds long well I've never said they should run everything that has a line I every time I'm like oh there's a line I'm like oh but it's Chick-fil-A I know I'm going to be out of there in less than five minutes and I am every time okay well maybe I should just you know bite The Bu good too do they have what do they have for breakfast I've never I didn't know they had so they have like these little chicken minis that have the bread is like I'm a bread person the bread's very good it has almost like a honey not drizzle but like a glaze I've never met a not bred person like isn't that like everybody's I have and I'm like I I don't trust you my problem is like I have to stay away from the bread cuz I I want it all yeah I love bread but anyway D are you still making their sourdough or because of the new stuff you you're holding off I'm holding off right now but I will be I have my starter still e it's still around yeah you can put it in the fridge and it like pauses it and then you can pull it out and like refeed it and everything the closest I'll get is I i' i' I've been on this pizza kick so I've been making like homemade pizzas and I'm trying different things and I'm tired of buying the Pillsbury pizza dough so cuz it has it's a little too sweet for me so I want to make my own pizza dough and that's uh that's the closest I'm going to get to sourdough did you ever do keto yes yes did you ever make the like Fathead dough or whatever it was called that was like cheese almond flour and cream cheese maybe no but I I want that anyways cuz that sounds wonderful it's super easy and it's keto friendly I'll can you send me the fad dough just Google Fathead dough Fathead dough like four ingredients oh here my journal okay do when I did keto years ago that's how I made like I made pizzas with it I made um like bread sticks when I made because I missed bread when I did keto so I made that you could say I'm basically a keto person now because I stopped drinking beer so I literally am not getting I mean I had rice for lunch I guess that's not keto but I don't know I I'm I love bread and I you you mentioned the biscuits versus croissants I love croissants but like if you give me a McDonald's biscuit I'm in heaven like that those things are greasy and they're just delicious and yeah I get the McMuffins oh I love that too McDonald's yes I love English muffins y my favorite ones are the Dave's Piller bread I don't know if you've heard of that brand but he makes he like it's I assume it's a man this one guy in a factory yeah yeah but he that brand makes I I wouldn't say it's healthier but it's like grain and all that but they make really good English muffins it has killer in the name yeah is it from Walmart yeah you can get at Walmart I've got it at Walmart but yeah I I love all bread types we big I don't like it when there's big like chunks of seeds and stuff in it okay it ruins the bread I don't mind him I don't I just don't like him in my teeth afterwards that's that's what I don't like that's fair you you like get out of a meeting and you go to the bathroom and you're like oh crap I have this big seed in my teeth so you had a trip recently did you have anything good to eat in Phoenix Arizona um we went so there was a really cool like bar in our hotel actually that was just really just kind of funky and the bartender made I forget what he called it but it had egg whites in it and I was just like Laura ordered one cuz she saw him making it and I took a sip and not my thing but it had egg whites I think it starts with a P it's a p word hold on PCO PCO or no I've seen it before and they they would they do it right in front of you because they'll make the little Peak yeah hold on I got to find it now cuz the name made sense because it was um it was a gen sour gen sour [Music] well that sounds good actually like Jen Jen makes me cry so I can't drink Jen well you know to say J will make you sin well pis sour that's what I was thinking of Pisco Sour has the egg whites but no all I do is cry when I drink Jen for no no idea why I just get highly emotional and start crying I was going to say is it kind of an emotional thing like you're really in touch with your feels okay yeah but so just I do not drink Jen anymore and haven't for 10 years yeah that's how I know I've been drinking too much if I start to get like like Sarah mclin commercial comes on I'm like yeah it's like okay stop drinking when I got pregnant with Dexter I decided that was a great time to start the show this is us that's I heard that's why you cry a lot too well the first episode is just and I'm sitting there boohoo and then I was watching what else everything made me cry when I was pregnant cuz I'm not like a super big crier I mean I can be but not generally speaking I was watching Undercover Boss with Gabby Douglas boohoo oh through the whole thing okay just but those are sometimes like sad because they help people who need help yeah yes but it's but like just yeah my thing about that is like there's so many of those in every organization you can't help them all like I know I don't know I get it no we did we did that we had a happy hour at a Mexican place they have really good food I mean we mostly just had appetizers but they were all really good but it's Phoenix so Phoenix is close to Mexico right Phoenix itself isn't Arizona is cuz Phoenix is kind of like in the middle is it in the middle I I thought it was towards the bottom but okay maybe it's I don't think so yeah I don't I'm not good with my Western geography yeah I'm not good with any geography I should just say that like Flag Staff is like an hour and Flag Staff is super close to the Nevada that's right above Arizona I'm good M St I'm getting the M people are going to be like these idiots don't know anything about good thing that we're not like playing drivers plane drivers plane Pilots I'm just making words up now uh no Nevada is west of Arizona above and west Utah is above Arizona Utah is okay and tucon is what I was thinking of that's close to the closer to the Border you were close to San Diego that's that's where Connor is is it well relatively like to where we normally are speaking Yeah you you oh man someone's going to make a meme out of our our geography skills um yeah okay so you were there in Phoenix you had some good cocktails and and beever no food at a Mexican restaurant but you were there for a service now go live how did that go I was it was really good um they went live in January like towards the end so they had been live a few weeks which was kind of cool to sit down and be like so how's it been since go live and the whole service desk came down cuz they're like the primary users for this first phas and so they were like you know it was a little you there was a learning curve because they came from sharewell not a dig at sharewell just they're very different platforms and they were just like but now like we have ideas and I was like good so yeah but yeah yes and their CIO and Deputy CIO were there and um the deputy CIO was like look I've been a consultant I you know he was just very straightforward and it was very refreshing because sometimes people dance and I'm like I just need I'm just trying to help map out you know what we're doing next and so he just was like here's what we want to do I'm like okay nice yeah that was a good trip very nice and it was spring baseball training while we were there did you get to see anybody training no we were right around the corner from the field apparently it was just pitchers and catchers and then the next week was going to be I guess they like stagger it cuz pitchers and catchers need more time loosen up warm up guess I don't know I mean they throw balls like millions of miles an hour so I suppose they got to loosen up after a break I know where I grew up in Naples uh there was a ball field in Fort Meyers this is like 30 minutes north of nles and that's where the twins did their sping training the Minnesota Twins is it Minnesota yeah yeah okay I'm not well apparently half of the baseball teams go to Arizona and the other half go to Florida oh so there's more than one team down there okay yeah it's like half of them I was going to say the the west but I don't know if that's true I just know half go here because the the climates are predictable I guess okay so they just go to warm the weather was phenomenal it was so nice did you get some suntan did you like sit by the pool it wasn't like hot it was just like it was like low 70s during the day and like 50s at night that sounds perfect I know it was that's like yesterday not yesterday day before yesterday here yeah we had like this really random like Micro Burst come through last night D out of nowhere super super windy and then it got cold yeah y cuz I was trying to get Rory in this morning and I had on like a tank top I was like I cannot stand out here get back in the house is she going to the bathroom already yeah she in the bathroom yesterday nice I don't know how all that connects and works so I don't know but awesome good for her I don't see her like usually she's like up in your grill she can't jump right now she can't jump or run for 10 days how do you stop her well last night she wanted to jump up on something she did it before we could stop her and she was like so I think she knows so like she stopped herself okay which is nice yeah she's just laying here right now but she will not leave either of our side and last night literally it was like on top of me and then when I needed to move she would migrate and be on top of David and then he would move and it was just on top like on top like not just her legs but like literally laying on you literally like she was like laying within my arm like on my chest and I mean it was sweet but I was like I yeah have you did have you tried giving her like a half a benad dril or well she has some pain meds I don't know if they make her sleepy but she has pain meds for every 12 hours for like the first four days or something like that so but she does have to she doesn't have a cone which was surprising no they said if she licks just to put a t-shirt on her that I want a picture if you do yes yeah and then they said that she didn't have to like go back to have her stitches out they'll dissolve and all that so yeah make sure you use one of David's t-shirts yeah I will she has a hoodie what does she does she put the hood up every once in a while she does she Thug out she does she's OG oh my God Ry has one too that's fine you already can't see her face like cuz of how dark her her fur is and now like put a hoodie over and she's like bad doggy she is she is bad actually so just picture her like hiding a blunt you know like what do you want what do you wanty I'm in pain therapy just leave me alone I know I would move my screen but I can't just pick up my camera like I used to she's just laying by the way I get lots of comments on my pillow yes good comments bad comments all the time they're like oh my God that's so cute and they're like those two together I'm like yep are are you taking a break from wine right now right now I am yeah but me me too not a long one it's a short one so I got another box right around the time that about a week after I my foot went crazy and I couldn't go to Vegas so I was like I was I had no beer so I got another box the same box that I got before and um and I'm still just amazed at like when you think it's empty it's not you just give it a squeeze and there's plenty in there oh I just like rip the top off and pull the whole like bag out and I don't put it in my mouth I just pour it over the cup right I won't tell anybody no one's listening Alison you can you can you can let your hair down my hair would be this big if I took it out of its ponytail you put a straw on the bottom it's an adult Capri Sun there you go there you go do you remember Capri Suns was it the squeeze it like the Kool-Aid squeeze it yeah why are you barking at me do you mind I'm sorry all fine this is like every time we start recording I saw the okay you're in I don't know like she it's it's not that cold out and the sun's still out so surprised she wanted in um anything else new in your world professionally or personally that you want to share with the internets well for people that don't work for partners we have things called PLA plaws and plaws and they're changing the requirements or they were supposed to change the requirements effective March 1st so we were like you know all handson deck and then they're like oh we're going to push it out cuz like apparently other partners didn't like there was an uproar about it but they now have like enhanced pla and like these other things that we can get so we're all working on cuz it's a combination of like seat score in an area so like we could have so like with the um performance analytics thing for smart launch that gives us the itsm pro pla badge and then if we want the enhanced badge we have to have an average SE out of like 4.2 and then we have to have at least so many people certif ified and then there has to be so many deployments and then something to do with ACV so like sourced ACV or something but I don't know if that one actually counts towards the enhanced pla but I know the others do so we're having a let's get everyone involved fun time so seems like a very complex thing it's not that it's complex it's just there so many pieces to it and then like the you have to have customer success stories that's the other one and they're only valid for 12 months so it's like a rolling 12 month period And so you have to have so many per type every 12 months so we have to track like when they expired and know we have to submit another and there's a lot of administration to it if you will sounds like a full-time job I know we're we want to make that a full-time job actually so maybe like a service now partner Ambassador or something like that well because we have a partner manager and so when we need certain stuff like we reach out to him or if we're running into issues like within the portal where we think something should be showing up and it's not like we reach out to him but yeah that's I was in there the other day looking for uh the pricing guide and I just gave up I was like I can't find it yeah this I never find that yeah they make it really hard to find and then somehow I stumbled across a calculator and I was just like no I'm not doing this ni well that's good so we've got more time to achieve our plaw exactly nice well we had already achieved the ones we set out to achieve but now we have time to do like the enhanced and some of the other stuff which is good and apparently some of this isn't all Partners I'm not trying to like dig on other partners but some of them to be elite now you have to have CMAs and ctas and a lot of people didn't invest in it and when they put it out you know CMA program is not first come first serve you have to apply and be accepted cta's first come first serve but a lot of people didn't get people signed up or they applied and didn't get in or whatever the case was and so that was one of the biggest points of contention was well if we can't get people in the program how can we be held to it and it's like the program's been going on for four years five years could started in like 20 18 or 2019 like I was in the 2019 cohort so they should have invested in it well before now yeah yeah so that was one and I forget what the other one was that was but those that was one of the big points of contention was you know there's limited spots and ones in application process and all this stuff but you have to have I think two to be elite and it can be one of each it could be two of one two of another I to me like from a solution Consulting perspective it's invaluable to have a CMA on staff we're lucky we have several where we can kind of be like hey so about domain separation stuff like that you know I just renewed mine I got all my points in yesterday and they all got approved shout out to Julian not that he listens to this and we were part of that right weren't we like the the podcast yeah sweet yeah what's crazy is we have so in case people don't know about CMA program you have to do maintenance every two years and the maintenance is three categories it's thought leadership continuing practice and professional development I thought thought leadership was going to be a lot harder than the other two but with all the stuff I do at the veterans program and then this like I'm I didn't even submit all of our podcast because I've been over on points for forever right professional development is the hardest one because I just don't have time to sit down and take training and that's my own fault I should prioritize it but I didn't and so you can read articles um I don't know if you remember this book they sent us oh yeah I remember that you I've actually hadp podcast too that's professional development you can add so that one was the hardest one because continuing practice is fine like all my road mapping and stuff counts towards that did that one count no it did actually yes okay yes that one counted I'm not I'm not even like past the first couple of chapters I it's not really applicable to what I do so it's yeah it's not really applicable to what I do either but it's good to be aware yeah it counts so so I got everything in and I went into so the CMA portal once you graduate I guess and become an alumni you get access to still all the cohorts like presentation and I watched one or I watched two different ones and one I was like oh my gosh I need to send this like I wish I could send this video to Justin because it was about well I can't because they're like embedded into the portal and so I don't know how to like link them but it was talking about implementation models and how like I've been screaming for years like we can't Implement every project the same way like can we have a methodology yes but not everything is Enterprise not everything is commercial there's all these different ways and it was talking about like scoping complexity to determine which implementation model I was like oh my God yes yes that's like the my go-to example is Discovery like yeah Discovery is not doesn't fit well into service Nows like um iterative agile implementation methodology yeah yeah so I I got very happy listening to it's interesting the things that excite Allison I know well it's because like I feel like sometimes I'm talking to a wall of like why don't you understand that the complexity drives how we Implement and you know and yeah well to that point where there was a conversation in one of our team's channels for our team and it has to do with a potential customer doing SPM and the solution consultant on our team discovered that there's like 12 different groups that are going to be using it and there's politics between them all and there's infighting and I was like that's a great example of this is not going to be a straightforward Workshop you are going to need to like probably separate people gather requirements do some mediation was it a sled account um just add that in and it's you know was it a sled account um oh my gosh I have a lot to catch up on no it was not a sled account it was a regular old company yeah do you love that when you're like away from teams and you come back to look for something and there's like a thousand messages that you missed and you're like I'm just excited that I learned you can do contrl F within a message and it'll search your messages for you g changer I'm not super pleased with that function but I have used it yes yeah I don't use it often but when I need it yeah I've actually used it on ours the most yeah cuz you and I will have like okay everybody internet this is what this is how it goes for Allison and Justin there's like two or three chats back and forth about official business and then the rest is like a bunch of stuff so it's like you have to go find exactly what you're looking for you have to remember what the words were so yes Allison and I get along really well too well I've learned with Connor that he hates when people put hi Connor and so now the only time when I am I put hi Connor but I don't just to hi Connor I actually do the app so he gets the notification yeah what what I hate my pet peeve is hey and then you're like hi and then they're like can you chat can you talk I'm like well I guess I can now because I stopped what I'm doing it's like why don't you just say you want to talk mine is it's like hi Allison hi how are you today good Connor literally just sent a double question mark just now as we're talking about it as much as I hate the little codes I actually like them so yeah we use that just cuz it Doesn't I mean nowadays well okay my notifications don't work like they're supposed to in my Mac and they never have so I don't have the problem but I could see like you're in the middle of a demo or scoping or something something pops up on your screen like we were in that call the other day and I was like I'm not sure if I want to type that right now cuz it might show up on his screen so um I just love that you understood my thread after the fact my little spool of thread thread for the skull I had to hover over it I was like what is that she like why is she yarning this yarn I love playing around with the different emojis to do different weird stuff to throw people off so my one I used my favorite is the grandma Maracas what grandma Mor grandma with maroccos okay let's let's go find this one I'm going to search for Grandma I use her and I use like the dancing girl a lot the one that's like got her hand up I don't have Grandma I have Grandma but not Maracas oh there's a little dancing Grandma you say dance oh I see it I yeah I respond with her all the time on like people's comments you know what that reminds me of she funny dancing Grand is what it's called that reminds me of Encanto for some reason I loving God it came on the other night when I was put in Haley uh I was leaving her for a couple hours and it came on and I just stopped I'm like oh they're about to break in the song they're about to sing the song love that movie and I when I first watched it I was kind of like this is going to be dumb but you know I have a 5-year-old we watched some movies and I was like this is so good like but then I realized that ly Manuel Miranda wrote the music and I was like that's fine same with Moana I loved Moana was so good I've only seen pieces of it but apparently they're going to to live action it yeah I'm curious about that but the rock better be in it that's what I've heard he might be in it if he's not I'll be write a letter to Disney [Music]
