The Washington D.C. release of ServiceNow is here, and it includes some important enhancements to ServiceNow Impact—our value acceleration solution built directly on the Now Platform®. We continue to listen to our customers to make your experience with ServiceNow even better. That’s why we’re always adding new capabilities to ServiceNow Impact. (If you need a reminder on Impact and its capabilities, you can find one here.)

New AI accelerators

AI is transforming virtually every facet of how we live and work. For the Washington D.C. release, we’ve added more accelerators that speed your time to value with ServiceNow AI capabilities and make your team more efficient. Accelerators are fixed-scope offerings that give you access to the expertise you need, when you need it. Here’s a quick look at what you’ll find in the Washington D.C. release:

  • Jumpstart Your Generative AI – This accelerator shows you how ServiceNow GenAI features can boost efficiency and improve user experience.
  • Jumpstart Your Task Intelligence – This accelerator offers expertise on how to infuse machine learning into customer case management to improve customer and agent experiences.
  • Jumpstart Your Predictive Intelligence (PI) – With this accelerator, you get an overview of the four PI frameworks, with an applied demo of Clustering, plus examples of use cases and a configuration overview.
  • Jumpstart Your Natural Language Understanding (NLU) – This accelerator helps you improve the adoption of your Virtual Agent tool, with an emphasis on planning, building, sizing, training, vocabulary, testing, entity, deployment, and monitoring.

More new accelerators

Other accelerators added for the Washington D.C. release include:

Instance Observer

For customers who are new to Instance Observer, a new accelerator called “Intro to Instance Observer” gives you a primer on how to use it to monitor platform health. Within Instance Observer, we’ve also added a database growth summary view that shows database metrics such as total instance size and growth, largest tables, and fastest growing tables.

Subscription management

With this new capability, you can view all your ServiceNow subscriptions in one place — including which applications you’re entitled to use and contracted start and end dates. From this master view, you can click directly into each instance to see detailed allocations and manage entitlements.

Training insights

Finally, the new training insights capability gives you access to training data directly in Impact — so you can make sure you’re taking full advantage of all available training options. You’ll see data on learning credits, training histories, details on vouchers and certifications, and users linked to your organization’s account.

These enhancements to Impact are part of our ongoing mission to help you maximize the value of your investment in ServiceNow. If you’d like to learn more about these enhancements and others, sign up for our "What's new in the Washington D.C. release: ServiceNow Impact" webinar on April 3 or watch this this demo video now.
