[Music] let's take a look at one of the new features in surface now's Washington DC release for security operations the Cyber Security executive dashboard my name is shanea rasby I'm a solution consultant specializing in security operations at service now and I'll be walking through the new feature this presentation may contain four W looking statements that are based on our beliefs and assumptions as well as on information that's currently available to us as of the state within security operations users with VR Pro or Enterprise as well as Sir Pro or Enterprise will have access to the Cyber Security executive dashboard the goal of the Cyber Security executive dashboard is to improve security posture by using key indicators to track goals this could involve collecting a number of different metrics and displaying them to keep track of areas such as security and risk metrics to report wins and support budget planning as well as the ability to track goals and improve security posture using key indicators to make sure that progress is always being made to improve overall security hardening users will also be able to gain early visibility into high priority vulnerability impact for example high criticality cves as detected by cisa and zero day vulnerabilities that may be of top concern for teams service now Security operation module already utilizes a number of dashboards but the Cyber Security executive Dash dashboard focuses on Gathering key metrics and indicators to more successfully track organizational goals and collect them all in one place the dashboard will be able to track specific metrics such as average resolution time impairment security posture rating over time or remediation efficiency
