to the strategic planning workspace based on expense staff financial planning with a project workspace our quick context menu our project portfolio managers can copy cost and budget flexible approvals of budget based on our budgeting methods while they are providing users can select to create a financial baselines of budget updates widgets and approval indicating budget variances and estimation costs detail budget tracking enhan with financial tracking by allowing detailed combinations of budget across various time scales helping quickly identif y when address logic variances with expense type in Project workspace look at the time scale to select the type fiscal period you want to indicate quick indication of variance and widgets are planning item levels to see what the variance is capabilities are applicable at a strategic planning workspace similar view is available when cost type is the budget allocation attribute here are the details and how it should be set cost time it's allocated and track budget by cost time simple financial data and compare Baseline streamline Financial Baseline comparison by enabling project managers to track and compare financial data over time facilitating better financial management and plan expense type and resource assignments navigate to the project workspace planning Tab and toggle on the resource plan an expense type column is included to identify their resource assignments as Opex orex aing users to improve Financial visibility and Resource Management we now look at the project workspace enhancement this enhancement come under our deliver level to all type of work work the project workspace helps Elevate project management with enhance views real time updates and improve user experience increase the efficiency by providing comprehensive project views realtime resource updates and improve project status report enhance decision making with export options detail notifications and seamless resource management the list view on the project homepage projects are now available as a list view for easy navigation and are searchable through text option from the search icon time card to support resource assignment time sheet entries for resource after approval I reflected on the plan column in the resource assignment panel in Project workspace project managers can see plan versus uals from single view to avoid Landing calculations confirmation could change in the state of resource assignments any changes made to Resource assignments in the project workspace are required to be confirmed by clicking the continue button this is to avoid any nment changes to the resource assignments all changes including State change plan allocations Etc will be notified prior the to confir information here are some of the newest inh in the project workspace detailed tabs within the details tabs of a project workspace users access can be directly performed allowing project project managers to have endtoend visibility provide report for projects from the workspace or even standardized project as templates for future use and perform your resource assignments from the detailed tabs for agile projects in the project workspace project managers can add new agile faces add or remove stories add or remove epics allowing them to have a seamless experience within the workspace and enhancing the navigation from the ux casements where the project workspace planning tab we can now export projects from planning tab to Excel or CSV improving reporting capabilities with the ux en casements and project
