[Music] let's talk about the security incident response Health dashboard coming with service now xanad release of security operations before we get started I just want to cover a brief Safe Harbor notice noting that this presentation might include forward-looking statements that are based on our beliefs and assumptions on information that is currently available to us as of the date of this presentation similar to the vulnerability response Health dashboard that came with the Vancouver release of security operations the security incident response Health dashboard gives users improved reliability and visibility into the health of their security incident response module this includes being able to obtain detailed information on alert sensors and their operational performance ments as well as gain visibility into any customization in detail the health dashboard will also identify and highlight any issues or errors within the environment the security incident response Health dashboard can be accessed within the security incident response workspace by going to the leftand menu and selecting sir dashboards within here you have access to the security incident manager or review as well as the security incident response Health dashboard drilling into one of the indicators on our graph we're able to view the key performance indicator details here we can see a security incident that has been generated through the alert sensor you can also view implementation information as well as the issues and errors present within your environment within the implementation tab we can also check on customized flows that we may have in place this is also where we can view any business rules that have been customized and custom script includes you're also able to track performance and drill down into any details around those metrics for example here we can see that there's a slow busness rule causing a delay within our system related to a miter technique rollup once again we can drill down for even more information the security incident response Health dashboard allows users to gain valuable insight into areas of their security incident response module that may be causing slowdowns issues or errors so that they can take action and ensure that their environment is running as smoothly as possible thanks for checking out this new feature in service now security operations and a due release and be sure to check out the other SEC Ops features that have released
