Hi there,
I couldn't resist, writing an article on the first public Washington DC release available, since less than an hour
. Watching the TechNow episode on the Washington DC release my eyes caught the Keyboard shortcuts slide, which looked overwhelmingly more than what we used to have. So immediately jumping into a Washington DC instance...
Old keyboard shortcuts
Pre-Washington DC ServiceNow Core UI was already equipped with a few keyboard shortcuts. Limited in numbers, though useful. Unfortunately somehow not always reliable/working depending on the screen focus.

Let's just show, instead of using a ton of words... in your instance, Windows users can type CTRL + / to get this nice pop-up:
A nice easy shortcut to get a good overview of all keyboard shortcuts. A very nice list with several new keyboard shortcuts which makes navigating a lot quicker and easier! I can describe every single keyboard shortcut added. Though better, just try them out.
I guess trying this for a few days, and you are used to it, or feeling the pain when working on a older release
.
Only "annoying" thing at this moment, CTRL + / is also used with SNUtils. No doubt this will be changed rapidly at the SNUtils side.
