Meet Azeem Nazir. He's the father of three beautiful children. He's also a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Certified Implementation Specialist, Security Incident Response (CIS-SIR). And he's passionate about his ServiceNow career.

Azeem has a Master's degree in finance, but he has a long history in IT service management. This includes working as an Operations Team Lead, Incident Manager, and ITSM Manager. He's also ITIL-certified and has done extensive teaching, coaching, and mentoring.

Azeem's career was moving along steadily, but he describes everything he was doing as "routine." He was looking for something more. He'd been using ServiceNow in his day-to-day work for four years, so becoming a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator seemed like a perfect step forward.

And it was! Azeem was offered a position on his employer's ServiceNow project team. He says becoming a CSA was a turning point in his life, and that it has created so many opportunities for him. Aside from gaining valuable skills, Azeem says it has made him feel much more confident—and his peers respect him.

Azeem didn't stop at his CSA. He was so motivated by his new role that he became a CAD and CIS as well. And that motivation swelled even further when he attended the ServiceNow Knowledge conference in 2023. He explains that it opened up vast new horizons for him and that he's never experienced anything like that in his life. In fact, he was so inspired that he's now working to become a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

Above all, Azeem feels fulfilled and grateful. He gets to work with great ServiceNow teams that he says are amazing. And he sees a future with virtually no limits; he's contacted by recruiters almost every day.
