This event will involve hands-on labs that will need to be completed in a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) on the **Utah release**.

If you already have a Utah PDI, please make sure it’s updated to the latest Utah Patch (which should be Patch 4 Hotfix 2).

### Instance Prep

In this session you’ll do a lab where you configure and prebuilt workspace. You’ll need to load an update set (or connect to git).

#### Setting up your PDI for this lab with Update Sets

1. Download and install the app from the Update Set titled **FleetMgmtAppv1.2.xml** in the following zip:

Follow Steps 2a-e in this [Share Guide](https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/guides/quebec/developer-program/share-guide/share-guide-introduction#downloading-and-installing-a-project) to learn how to import and install an Update Set. _If you get any errors, use the **Accept the remote update** options for those._
2. After the update set is installed, add the **x\_snc\_flt\_mgmt.user** role to your admin user and logout and back in.

## Day 1, Session Two: Supercharge your self-service experiences with Generative AI

### Instance Prep

This session will involve a lab where you’ll use Virtual Agent. You will need to activate the following plugins to complete the lab.

1. Go to **developer.servicenow.com** and login.
2. Click on your initials at the top right and choose **Activate Plugin**.

3. In the list of plugins find **Glide Virtual Agent** and choose **Install.**

4. Go to **All > System Definition > Plugins** and search for and activate each of the following plugins:
1. Search **ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations** and choose **Install.**

2. Search **Proactive Triggers** and choose **Install**.

5. Download [this list of incidents](https://www.servicenow.com/community/tkb/workflowpage/tkb-id/now-platform-kb/article-id/3780?attachment-id=253520) and import them as xml to the incident table.

1. Activate the Playbook Experience plugins by:
1. Go to **All > System Definition > Plugins**
2. Search for the **Playbook Experience** plugin
3. Choose the green **Install/Update All** button.
