Feature Overview

At the heart of modern employee experience lies the pivotal capability of a comprehensive employee profile. In our San Diego release, we introduced the new Employee Profile page experience that aggregates and personalizes employee data, making it easy to find and engage with co-workers. San Diego release introduced an enhanced employee profile page on the Employee Center, enabling personalization through photos, bios, and preferred pronouns. Administrators retain control over displayed sections and fields, including the option to integrate HRSD profile widgets or custom components. Furthermore, with the San Diego release, all customers can leverage the Employee Profile for AI Search and to make ML-based content recommendations on EC and EC Pro.

With the May’23 release, portal admins can configure a tabbed user interface to better structure employee data based on various categories, such as overview, work items, benefits, etc.

This upgraded org chart offers a more modern UI and advanced configuration options than the previous org chart found in the Content Publishing application.
