Occasionally, there is a transaction that does not complete and blocks your other transactions. The platform has a built-in method allowing the user to kill that transaction.

Resolution — When this happens, you can paste this address into any browser tab: https://.service-now.com/cancel_my_transaction.do

and hit the enter/return key. In most cases, this kills the active transaction.

If this does not work, contact your ServiceNow admin team and they can kill the transaction on that active node.
