As more customers invest in the ServiceNow platform, the demand for appropriately trained talent rises. Individuals who are brand new to the ServiceNow ecosystem are doing what they can to get that training to be prepared for their first job. Some are participating in bootcamp or externship programs and others are learning on their own through self-training.

As they begin to search for jobs, most are finding that a majority of the job descriptions posted require several years of experience, even for roles that are usually entry level. This surprise and "wall" halts many and they start to doubt themselves and the ServiceNow career path.
