Ashley is Director of Delivery at Servos, a ServiceNow Elite Partner specializing in ServiceNow customer workflows. Over the last 11 years, Ashley has experienced a meteoric rise in her career and says she can’t imagine where she would be today if it weren’t for ServiceNow!

Ashley had a development background in college, but she was frustrated with development and never thought it would become her career. However, all of that changed in 2011 when Ashley took a position as a ServiceNow system admin. She says all of her frustration went away, and it was so much fun to see the real-world impact of ServiceNow.

Things got even better when Ashley joined an IT services company as a ServiceNow engineer. Although the company didn’t provide ServiceNow services when Ashley joined, it had a large internal ServiceNow instance that supported its managed services and professional services teams. A lot of that support involved customer service management (CSM), which Ashley quickly discovered was her passion. That passion bloomed further when the company decided to set up a ServiceNow practice. The practice took off, and Ashley found herself managing a team of ServiceNow technical consultants.

Ashley’s ServiceNow career continued its upwards trajectory. A larger ServiceNow partner purchased her company, and Ashley became the partner’s ITSM and CSM practice lead. Along the way, Ashley obtained multiple ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified ITSM Suite Professional, Certified CSM Suite Professional, and Certified Service Provider Implementation Specialist.

When the opportunity came to join Servos, Ashley seized the moment. Servos brings a total focus on her passion—customer workflows— and it also gives her the chance to work with state and local governments to positively impact the lives of citizens. That’s why Ashley comes into work every day with a spring in her step.

Looking back over the last 11 years, Ashley says ServiceNow has opened a huge number of doors. And, with hard work and enthusiasm, she’s been able to quickly transition into a leadership role. Above all, she says that her role at Servos is incredibly fulfilling and fun, which is perhaps the most important thing of all.
