I am excited to share that we have a new SNUG Leader for Arizona- Veronica Ozuna who works at SRP!

Veronica's background:

"I've been a SNUG member since I went to my first Knowledge – Knowledge 13! I went to K13 to learn about the ITSM and Project Applications for our IT PMO and as a result ended up moving to the ITSM team here at SRP and have been a ServiceNow developer since 2014. I’m very fortunate to work for a company that has embraced ServiceNow beyond ITSM - our dev team now supports HR, GRC/IRM, ITBM, ITOM, and more (quite the enterprise-wide footprint)!

My background, I have worked at SRP for over 24 years. I worked in the call center while I went to school then moved into Quality and Training, a system administrator for a project management application, and have been married to ServiceNow ever since!"
