Time flies quckly but if one utilizes is the best possible way, they will be surprised by what can be achieved in a relatively short period. In my case this is a bit more over 5 years since I had the chance to touch ServiceNow. For that time I walked the road from trying to understand how GlideAjax works to being enrolled in one of the two most respected certification programs, offered by ServiceNow - the Certified Technical Architect.

In this series of articles, I'll be sharing my personal views of the program - what are we learning, what is beneficial for me and how are we (me and my group) going through the weekly assignments together as a team.
