this video is to demonstrate checklist pro's hierarchical checklist or a checklist within a checklist in this example i'm going to use our onboarding demonstration where our new employee lucy is doing her onboarding the first step in the workflow is an approval request to the iit securities team dude is a member of this team as you can see the first checklist is configured for him and there's two checklist items so let's say lucy passed her background check the next check box here is where the hierarchical checklist comes into play i'm going to go ahead and check mark this since it's a required item as you can see a whole new checklist drops down so let's say lucy needs general facility access as well as data center access and we're all done just hit approve
