today we're talking about tigers entitlement access management powered by checklist pro and we're looking at the dashboard as a reminder the entitlement access management package provides the ability to define role or responsibility attributes and associate them with any entitlement which is a service offering there is a catalog item for requesting new access updating existing access that is roles and responsibilities and access deactivation to any entitlement reviewers receive an approval request and determine which if any roles and responsibilities are appropriate by updating the check box items they may also update the model after field thereby copying the configuration of a different user to be used as a basis for the current user's access request the dashboard provides a rich set of information about the status of all entitlement access requests broken down by entitlement person and roles and responsibilities use the filter in the upper right corner of the dashboard to select either a person or an entitlement or both and watch all the reports on the dashboard update accordingly as an example if we are interested in a particular entitlement like oracle financials we enter that into our filter and we can see how many create modify deactivation requests were issued for that entitlement a pie chart showing the state of active and completed requests if you're interested in knowing how many oracle financial requests are waiting on managerial approval simply click that portion of the pie for more details the entitlement responsibilities pivot table shows how many users have access to each of our defined roles and responsibilities click the value to see more details now change the filter to look at details of a particular person in this case we'll choose able notice all reports update remove the oracle financials as the entitlement and now we'll see all of abel's access requests entitlements and roles and responsibilities broken down by entitlement
