after building the relationships and making all the necessary data connections to the servicenow tables finally at the point where we can show off some of the tableau visualizations uh that we've built by bringing together all this wonderful data into one dashboard and this particular dashboard is highlighting tiger's entitlement access manager app data and as you can see from the top we've got some filtering capabilities that allow the user to manipulate the data itself we're looking at the number of roles per checklist pro that are assigned to users right now we have it showing the top ten but say we just wanted to know the top five roles uh or one know the top 25 roles we have the ability to manipulate this data any way we'd like um and again filtering we have capabilities where we might want to draw in and look at a particular role and see the details associated with that uh we will go back to all for purposes of this demonstration and again we also have the element of time in this case you could look and search by year or by quarters by months weeks or days and you can manipulate your time search any way you'd like looking at last couple quarters weeks days months looking at current day current quarter current week or if you have forward-facing data you can go ahead and look at the next quarter to date or next week or next day so for purposes of this you can see the hovering capability the rich data that you get when you hover your mouse and cursor over top of records uh again we always have the ability to drill into these features so by selecting this employee i have an idea of the number of users specifically who they are by looking at the bottom half of the page i can see who they are what's the service offering name that this role employee falls under the assignment and the completion of that entitlement how what that computation length of time would be we certainly could draw in and do searches off of donuts we could do searches off of anything we have here and we can quickly peruse this data and begin to see the beauty of it this particular one you have again the element of time using a slider scale we can see the number of access requests that have come through time and you can see it's really two graphs on top of each other one showing created or null in this case but they're created we could look at deactivated deactivation requests or modify requests and you can see over time obviously the new created requests increase and we have the ability to search filter and look in by service offering by value of type of access request so with that we will close this demo and hope you enjoyed it you
