What is Platform Analytics?

The ServiceNow® Platform Analytics provides an Analytics Center for managing all Next Experience analytics. Platform Analytics is a new application in the Tokyo release.

Platform Analytics features:

• Dashboard, Visualization, and KPI libraries.

Activation Information

Platform Analytics is included in the App Analytics Workspace plugin (sn_app_analytics_w), which is active by default. Updates to this plugin are available in the ServiceNow® Store.
