What is Reporting?
ServiceNow® Reporting enables you to create and distribute reports that show the current state of instance date, such as the number of open incidents of each priority. Reporting functionality is available by default for all tables, except system tables.
Reporting features:
- Visualize and analyze current instance data.
- Share with users on dashboards, service portal, export to pdf, and email.
- Use the data visualization component in the UI Builder to create a report visualizations for Next Experience.

- R*eport Builder is no longer available* - The Report Builder, also known as the Classic UI, is deprecated. To create new report visualizations, use the Report Designer or the Visualization Designer. Create a report visualization.
- Calendar Report Component - Plan, organize and plot events that have a date dimension using the Calendar component.
- Themeable colors in reports - Apply an alternate color for data visualizations to be used when a theme is applied to your instance.

- Aggregate on data fields using standard deviation in the Report Designer - Apply the standard deviation calculation on a duration or numeric fields in your report.
