What Do I Create?
You’ll most often find me here in the community — reading posts, answering questions, and sharing articles whenever I discover solutions that I believe can help others.
For me, contributing isn’t just about solving individual problems; it’s about building a shared knowledge base where everyone can learn faster and work smarter.
How Did I Get Started?
My journey began back in 2018 during my time at Accenture, when I took ownership of a client engagement focused on Performance Analytics.
Very quickly, I discovered the real power of the community. Many challenges already had hints of solutions hidden in discussions, and sometimes a simple question from another member would spark an entirely new idea.
That experience changed how I work. Since then, following the community has become a daily habit — both to help others by answering questions and to gain inspiration for future development.
Why Do I Keep Sharing?
One of my core principles when working with ServiceNow and this community is simple: we are stronger together.
When someone shares a challenge, it can inspire new thinking. When one of us discovers something valuable and shares it, everyone benefits. Each interaction — whether a question, an answer, or an idea — makes us all a little more knowledgeable than we were yesterday.
And that’s why I keep contributing.
