Introduction (About the Co‑Authors)

This post is a joint work by  three architects  involved in Enterprise Architecture for ServiceNow.

From the respective perspectives of EA (Enterprise Architect), SA (Solution Architect), and PA (Platform Architect), we regularly hold informal discussions on the value and roles of architecture in ServiceNow.

This blog is written with the aim of organizing the insights and discussion points obtained from those conversations and articulating  how the EA role in ServiceNow should be understood.
