We have built a custom encrypted feild on incident form. And the same field is on record producers. When itil user submit record producer by filling the data its getting captured on incident,however when non itil user add the data and submit enrypted data is not capuring

• Can someone help how to map the enryption fields from rexord producer to incident for non itil user
