Customisation in workforce CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace

Hi Community,

In the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace → Workforce , we can view the list of agents belonging to a particular work group. When we open an agent’s Location History for a specific day, the map displays all the places the agent has visited along with the path traveled.

When we click on a point on the map, a panel appears on the right side showing the Agent Location History details. I would like to add more fields to this right‑side details panel.

How can I add additional fields there?

I tried exploring this configuration in UI Builder , specifically within the Workforce Experience section of the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace , but I could not locate the “Agent Location History” component or page.

Could someone guide me on:

  1. Where can I find the Agent Location History UI configuration in UI Builder?
  2. Is it possible to add more fields to the right-side details panel(Agent Location History), and if yes, how?
