In this video, we will be looking at a fantastic entity or we can call it as ServiceNow feature i.e. ServiceNow Activity Filter
According to ServiceNow,
- ServiceNow Activity filter is used to display the history of actions or activities performed on the opened record
- You can configure the fields on which you want to have the Audit
- Activity filter is available OOB on the task table
- As a part of the inheritance principle it is available on all task extended table
