Resolve HR cases via Agentic AI: Resource Guide

This article has a list of assets that will be useful to get started and implement the Resolve HR case flow via Agentic Workflow(s) available for out of the Box for HR services with fulfillment type - “Manual”. The article focuses specifically on three Out of the Box Agentic Workflows – Predict Service and Transfer HR case, Resolve non critical HR case and Resolve Critical HR case.

To leverage the Agentic AI Offering, you will need to have Now Assist for HR application which is part of HRSD Professional Plus and HRSD Enterprise Plus SKUs.
