Ericsson is enthusiastic about his NextGen experience. He spends one day a week at training and the other four days at his host employer, Thirdera, a leading ServiceNow partner. He says that his studies provide a lot of valuable information and context, while his time at Thirdera gives him the opportunity to work on real projects with real clients. His prior teaching experience is also very helpful, especially when it comes to client consultancy and project management.

Best of all, Ericsson says he’s enjoying the work, and it’s something he wants to keep on doing for a long time. He thinks it’s a wonderful opportunity to get started on his IT career and stresses that Thirdera has been really welcoming. In fact, he wants to pursue a full-time role at the company once he has finished the course.
