New ServiceNow Expert Certification Certified CRM Architect (CRMA) coming in 2026.

The CRM Architect program is for: ServiceNow Partners, ServiceNow ServiceNow Employees, ServiceNow Customers.

Experience: Implementation experience on five or more CRM projects.

Pre-requisites: Minimum ServiceNow Certifications (current):

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Architecture Excellence (ArchX)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CSM or FSM

Note: A current CTA or CMA certification satisfies the Architecture Excellence requirement.
