The Zurich Certification Delta Exams will go live on January 16, 2026.

Mark your calendars with the release dates below:

December/January

December 2: Zurich instructor-led training courses available in ServiceNow University.

December 3: Zurich on-demand courses available in ServiceNow University.

January 14-January 15: Mainline Certification Exam Maintenance window.

Testers cannot view the Mainline Exam Catalog, register for a Mainline Certification Exam, or complete exams.

January 16: Zurich Delta exam window opens.

Certification holders have ninety days to complete the delta exams in ServiceNow University.

April

April 16: Zurich Delta Exam/Training window closes.

Certifications will expire if the delta exams are not completed.
