New SNAF & SNAA Courses Available for Registration
Exciting new changes are coming!
You asked, and we are answering. Based on your feedback, we are splitting the ServiceNow Fundamentals (SNF) course into two new courses:
- On July 26, 2022: We moved SNF’s non-admin content to Welcome to ServiceNow. Take this on demand course at the beginning of any ServiceNow learning journey to understand platform basics.
- On October 31, 2022: We are moving and evolving SNF’s admin focused content to ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (SNAF). Learners wanting to train to become a ServiceNow System Administrator will want to begin with this course to learn fundamentals of administering the ServiceNow platform.
What’s changing?
On October 31st, the SNF course will become ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (SNAF), and our System Administration Advanced (SAA) course will become ServiceNow Administrator Advanced (SNAA). After completing 'Welcome to ServiceNow', learners wanting to follow a system administration learning path should complete these new System Administration focused courses. They will be available as both on-demand and in-person learning options.

When will these new courses go live?
SNF and SAA are on the schedule and available until October 28, 2022, at which point they will be retired. SNAF and SNAA will be available starting October 31 - and will include Tokyo release specific content. Registration for both courses is now open !
