Xplore is in that list, right next to Todoist and Raycast.

There are some things I can’t live without, and I feel lost if I have to work in an instance where Xplore is not available:

• Script runner + Output: explore objects, undocumented APIs, and dot-walking.
• Right-click forms and lists and open Xplore with ready-to-use queries.
• Regex evaluator: Other regex tools don’t always match ServiceNow behaviour.

Other things have been in front of my eyes for 10+ years, and as I don’t use them daily, I tend to forget about them:

• Keyboard shortcut panel and settings.
• User data panel: perfect for handling test data, integration payloads, and avoiding the need for external pretty-printing tools.
• Integrated log view: My muscle memory still leads me to open logs in other tabs. I need to fix that!

Watching this session, I also learned something new: you can disable server scripts and keep read-only utilities. Perfect if you want to install Xplore in a production instance.

Extra tip: If you also use SN Utils, set up a shortcut like “/xp” to open Xplore instantly from anywhere in the instance.
