How to add additional knowledge bases to HR Agent Workspace

While our Operations team had created an Internal Knowledge Base for SOP's, the Agent's were having trouble searching this knowledge base in HR Agent Workspace. By adding the second Knowledge Base into the Search Context's Resource Configuration, our Agent's were able to work within AWS, without having to swivel chair to Sharepoint.
