Adding new fields to the HR Case table (or its extended tables) is common in any HRSD implementation and often the ask is for them to be a drop down of selectable values that can be easily maintained. In one of my first implementations of HRSD, I found a oob table that could be used for this purpose. I talked about it during the #nulledge conference, but wanted to provide more details on using it.
