September 23, 2009 was the official start date of the Service.now.com Local Users Group for our Texas customers. Carolyn Hollingsworth, a Lennox International IT Director, has volunteered to help get things started and head up the Users Group. Lennox International will host the inaugural meeting in November at their headquarters site in Richardson. Prior to the November meeting, Carolyn will be reaching out to the group regarding topics of interest and setting up the Group's organizational structure and objectives.More details to follow in the coming weeks.
