so Europe really changed my life I was a high school dropout didn't really know what I was doing I was working construction at the time and I found this program called year up year up is a one-year program that pays students throughout the whole year and there's 6 months of schooling and 6 months internship at a corporate position gave him the opportunity to get into the corporate world and to prove myself and climb up that corporate ladder and without that spark without that start from Europe I would have never been able to get my foot in the door and then grow I think what makes Europe special is the it's the opportunity to give people like us I think you're up the whole point is to allow us to break that bridge in order for us to really get to that area where people can see us and be like wow these people too can do it so I think that's the main powerful thing about Europe it gives everybody a chance the thing that makes Europe so special is the impact that we have on young adults lives you know we're not changing people's lives and our young adults lives but we're giving them an onramp supplying the opportunity for the talent that we know is there what makes Europe unique is the high support and high expectations model what you put in is what you're going to get so if you come in and show up every day finish all your deliverables uh making sure you put yourself out there and you network um you'll get that um also in return it's hard work and it's seeking out those opportunities can't wait for it to come to you you're might have have come to us right A friend told us whatever but you had to show up right now you have to work you can't retire or quit and wait for the opportunity you have to be looking sourcing trying to find that next opportunity all the time thank you very much thank you thank you so much no problem thank you the why is like I have to be successful you know my whole family told me I should be successful I have what it takes Now's the Time to work you just figure it out just go with the flow if you keep the constant of working hard adding value searching for that opportunity never giving up being a good person to people if you keep those core values good things will come to you you guys are the future I pray for every single one of you guys I really hope you end up being successful you get to give back one day and and provide for your families and everything giving back to Europe is so important to me because one of the core values is to pay it forward because I was fortunate enough to grow and be successful in my career it's now my responsibility to give back to others to to send the elevator back down right um so today I'm honored to donate $50,000 to year up corporate and also give one laptop to every student in the Boston office I cannot wait to see the look on people's faces and it just it just makes me proud that I'm in a position to be able to do that and it makes me proud that my children get to see me give back to others uh and Inspire them hopefully and Inspire others Inspire everyone in that room to when they become successful to give back to others
