Now that the Service-now.com Fall 2010 release is out, the reviews are rolling in. Last week, eWeek reviewed the new release with a focus on Runbook Automation and VM provisioning. We think eWeek analysts Cameron Sturdevant and Jason Brooks have created a great reviews community and it would be cool if the Service-now.com community shared our thoughts on the Fall 2010 release as well.
