Below you can see Portal Quick Links. In this example, it's displayed on the Business Portal.

This widget is out of the box for the Business Portal and other CRM & Industry customer portals that leverage Configurable Portal Widgets.

When the administrator does a "Control and Right-Click", the instance options display.

Key things to consider when updating the Configure Widget Instance Options for this widget:

Make sure the content has a quick link:

1. Navigate to All > Content Taxonomy > Quick Links
2. If the quick link is in the list, then it can be leveraged
3. If the quick link is not in the list, they click “new” to add
4. Select the content type from the list: Knowledge article, Catalog Item, Page or External link
5. Provide the name, title, background image and short description and make active
6. Then submit
