There have been a number of questions on the forum lately regarding active directory Federation services (ADFS 2.0) and the ServiceNow SAML 2.0 plug-in. John Gubatayao (from Navigis) and I were able to work together to get this to work. David Pesano typed up a great set of instructions which I have posted here:
