Introducing ServiceNow Jumpstart: Certified System Administrator Pathway

Developed with Lumify Work, ServiceNow Jumpstart: Certified System Administrator Pathway is a five-week program that blends:

• ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals online learning for flexibility
• Live expert-led sessions for deeper understanding
• A hands-on capstone project to apply your skills

This program is ideal for anyone looking to strengthen their ServiceNow expertise — whether you’re new to the platform or looking to formalize your experience.

Participants will:

• Build a solid foundation in Administration Fundamentals
• Gain practical, real-world experience through guided projects
• Learn directly from ServiceNow-certified coaches
• Prepare confidently for the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam
• Join a growing community of learners and professionals across the region
